We will review all counter-notices as required under the DMCA. If valid, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent the restoration.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
